Fazeshift Announces Strategic Investment from Amex Ventures

We’re excited to announce that American Express has invested in Fazeshift through Amex Ventures, its corporate venture arm. The investment follows Fazeshift’s Series A earlier this year and adds Amex Ventures to a group of backers that includes F-Prime Capital, Gradient, Y Combinator, Wayfinder, Pioneer Fund, and Ritual Capital.
When one of the world’s most important financial institutions decides AI is fundamentally changing how money moves through businesses, that’s a signal. When they choose to help build that future alongside you, it’s a milestone.
“This investment lets us move faster on our mission of giving finance teams their time back,” said Caitlin Leksana, CEO and co-founder of Fazeshift. “We’re grateful to welcome Amex Ventures as a partner, bringing deep knowledge of financial services as we continue building the future of enterprise finance.”
“Few functions in enterprise finance have as much room for innovation as accounts receivable, and Fazeshift has taken an impressive approach to applying AI to these complex operational workflows,” said Anirudh Singh, Investment Director at Amex Ventures. “We believe the company is well positioned to help finance teams operate more efficiently, and we’re excited to support Fazeshift’s continued growth.”
Eliminate manual bottlenecks, resolve aging invoices faster, and empower your team with AI-driven automation that’s designed for enterprise-scale accounts receivable challenges.
